The Home Depot in Aurora, Colorado

I have been loyal customer for over 20 years so I thought this would be a safer choice. Boy was I ever wrong. I went through Home Depot to have granite counter top and vanity for my basement bathroom. To make a long story short the contractors who Home Depot hired not only damaged 2 of my new trucks in the driveway with debris etc. , they broke an outside outlet, did not clean up after themselves. At first Home Depot seemed to want to take care of this matter as well did the manager of the construction company. After many emails and brief phone calls nothing has been resolved. I do not longer shop at this Home Depot nor do my family and friends. This is a pathetic way to treat your loyal customers and what is sad is that Home Depot continues to use this company still. ( customers beware!!!! ) The so called managers and resolutions department sure due know hot NOT to handle issues. A direct reflection of the manager James Keech. WOW on to Lowes
