Sofa Mart in Aurora, Colorado

I'd honestly have to say this was the WORST experience I've ever had buying furniture in my life!! First were told they had 3 of the 5 pieces of our sectional couch on site and we would get the other 2 pieces the following day. That was false, they had 1 chair and a center console thing. The next day our other 3 pieces came in, the chaise chair was supposed to recline which it did not, the end recliner was bent and sagged to the back and thankfully the other piece was correct. We were reassured that the right pieces would be in the following day. The next day was cold and wet so we didn't go get them, the following day (2 days after we were told they'd be in) we went to get them and sure enough the chaise wasn't in and the recliner they tried to give us was used and had a huge tare in the back. Now 1 week after spending $3,000 on a couch we still have only pieces of it. I truly can not believe this is how they are doing business now. We've bought all our furniture through them but after this ordeal we will most likely not being going back! ;(
