We have used them 3 times now. Before it was great service. On our arrival today, we waited over 35 minutes to be picked up. We saw 3 buses of 2 different competitors during that time. When a bus finally showed up there were a lot of people waiting. Some had to wait for the next bus. Usually the driver will collect the location tickets that we are given when we park for easier drop off. This driver asked all of the passengers multiple times where we had parked. And had to go all over the parking lot, not in order. It took over an hour from the time we got to the off-spot parking island at the airport to when we finally got to our car. And this is the closest parking option to the airport. It impressed with this encounter.
