Great pizza but terrible service. I have ordered food 4 times and had problems twice. The first time I had it delivered and they sent the wrong pizza. When we called the manager didn't care one bit. The other time I ordered pizza to be picked up. We got there paid and then they let the pizza sit for 15 minutes. When we asked about the order they were like "oh it's right here". They didn't offer to make another so we were stuck with a cold pizza. I called and asked for the manager. A man named Chris came to the phone and I explained what had happened. He didn't care. He didn't even respond. Again the pizza is good they just need some better management. Oh well, back to Papa Murphys!
