The manger is rude and not very helpful. Called to tell her I was charged for 2 yards instead of one. She was cold and rude no apology or anything. Staff is also rude and unknowledgeable. I asked 3 separate employees for help when I went in and they all just brushed me off and didn't care to even try. Worst Joann's I've ever been to.
