We interviewed/solicited bids from six different contractors for construction of a custom home. After careful analysis and comparison of all bids, we selected Division One even though they were not the low bidder. Kirk's reputation , responsiveness, straight forward answers to our questions, willingness to accommodate any last minute changes and flexibility with choosing suppliers made our selection of Division One a "no brainer" choice. The house was timely completed and on budget. On a regular basis during construction, Kirk provided itemized bills and summary worksheets showing costs incurred to date, balance of work due and funds available. Their subs did outstanding work at all stages of construction. Subsequently, we had numerous compliments on the quality of workmanship. Kirk and the on site supervisor were readily available to address questions/concerns during the entire project. We recommend Division One without hesitation. They are a 5 star contractor. Project cost over $300,000
