Aurora Municipal Center in Aurora, Colorado

If you want to live in a place that will make you want to kill yourself, Aurora is a great spot. The incompetence and negligence at the Municipal Center is astounding. Those at city hall spent years lying to me every chance they could and taking hostile actions against my neighborhood, myself, and my property. Almost 3 years ago I called city hall alerting them to the speeding problem on my neighborhood street and alerted them that someone was going to get hurt. Nothing was done. A week later a speeding car crashed into my house while I was home and caused a massive amount of psychological injury. In response to the speeding car crashing into my house, the city took authoritarian action to INCREASE the speed of traffic in my neighborhood while simultaneously destroying the property value of 56 households. The police department refuses to issue speeding tickets to even the worst offenders speeding 60 MPH down a 25 in the middle of a neighborhood and school zone. This place is government at its worst. A city full of neighborhoods that doesn't value it's neighborhoods. Bizarre. The people that work here get off on having power over those of us who pay their salaries. Anna Bunce in particular got some sort of sick pleasure out of lying to me, intensifying the trauma I was experiencing, and generally doing the opposite of what she said she was going to do. I have been lied to, tormented, and abused by those at the Municipal Center. If you value your life or happiness I'd stay far away from this god forsaken sh*thole.
